The Council recommends the exclusion of Kosmos Energy Ltd. and Cairn Energy Plc. from the Government Pension Fund Global because the companies contribute to serious violations of fundamental ethical norms through their hydrocarbon exploration offshore Western Sahara on behalf of Moroccan authorities.
