Recommendation on the exclusion of the company AngloGold Ashanti Ltd.
The Council on Ethics recommended the exclusion of the company AngloGold Ashanti Ltd. in June 2012.

In October 2013, the Ministry of Finance decided not to exclude the company, but to instead ask the Fund’s manager (NBIM) to address issues concerning environmental damage through its exercise of ownership rights.
